Growing Healthy Hair from the Inside Out

This is what recently just happened to me. I was a 17 -month natural and my hair was about 10 inches since I big chopped. I decided to trim my own hair and removed about 7 inches. I cried so much as I am only 15 and I feel like I've actually lost my confidence and identity. All my achievement has just gone to waste. I'm so lost and upset. But hair does grow, so all we can do is care for our hair and make sure to stay away from the scissors or else you will regret it so much.
