Middle of the Night BC

I'm 16 and have been wanting a big chop for months now. My mom was wanting me to wait a year before, but I just couldn't. So a few days before, I was studying up on how to do my BC by watching videos and searching the web. Then in the middle of the night, I just did it. I haven't even showed my mom yet and I'm afraid she'll be angry at me for doing it. But I just had to.

I am so blown away by the audacity of youth. I really commend you for your courage and willingness to make a decision.

However, you may feel about it, your hair will grow and you will learn how to work with it. The journey can be difficult at times, but know there is a wealth of natural hair resources out there to help you on your journey.

You can define the type of natural you want to be. Some naturals wear their hair straight such as
@mandajesspanda or they wear it stretched out @naptural85. However, you decide, know you have choices.
